Overview
A new management team at Polaroid recognized the necessity of revitalizing the retail presence of the company's signature instant photography products. As part of ongoing brand strategy work with Polaroid, Catapult Thinking developed a new packaging and merchandising system that tamed the global proliferation by directly aligning camera and film formats. We also introduced a packaging structure system that facilitated cross-merchandising and established a modular planogram for camera and film sales.
Impact
The initiative helped defend existing product placements, prevent de-listing by some channel partners, and expand sales in the important Food & Drug segment.
