Experience Design

Our approach to design for experiences is user-centered, context-based and expansive. It typically includes our clients' customers, their channel partners, users, and brand communities.

We map customer journeys to understand the motivations and priorities of these customers. Then we organize product stories around they way they prefer to learn about, compare, select and confirm purchases.

Our communications design is driven both by the functional needs of product storytelling — to categorize, differentiate and guide a purchase — and the emotional appeal of brand touchpoints that surprise, delight and engage.
