Catapult Thinking's senior staff has extensive experience in interdisciplinary design consulting for diverse consumer, technical and industrial clients.

>> Design Director

As design director, Jim brings clients' visions to life through design and visual strategy. Jim comes to Catapult Thinking with an extensive list of branding and design credentials. At Landor Associates, Jim was lead design director for P&G's Crest brand, Merck & Co. and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Landor, Jim was a founding partner at Adorney Kenney Associates, where he developed branding programs for companies such as Polaroid and eBay's FairMarket, Inc. As design director at BrandEquity International, Jim helped lead the rebranding of Infogrammes, Inc. to Atari, Inc. and developed the branding for One United Bank and Lutheran Healthcare. Jim also gained valuable client-side experience while working at Campbell Soup Company where he led the creative for all new product development. Jim began his career in New York City at Gianninoto Associates, developing packaging for companies such as Bacardi Imports, Cadbury-Schweppes and British American Tobacco. Jim received a B.S. in Communications at DePauw University and studied in the Communication Design graduate program at Pratt Institute. He has also studied art and design at SVA, Parsons, North Carolina State School of Design and the Florence Academy of Art.
